How we use your information
The short version: we use what you send us only to help you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you use the consultation or tenant forms, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, and details such as your rental address, unit, preferred date and message. We don't collect anything else through this website, and it doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule a consultation or viewing, and handle maintenance at your home.
- To keep a record of requests so nothing gets missed.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with people who need it to help you, such as a maintenance technician coming to your home, or when the law requires it.
Where it's kept
Requests are delivered to GEM's email and stored in GEM's Google account, which only our staff can access. We keep them as long as we need them to manage your property or tenancy and our business records.
