A website everyone can use
GEM Property Management wants every owner, tenant and applicant to be able to use this website.
Our commitment
We design and test this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, so it works with screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control and zoom.
What we do
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA color-contrast levels.
- Every page and form works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page.
- Form fields have labels, required fields are explained, and errors say how to fix them.
- Images have text descriptions, and pages zoom to 200% without losing content.
